Dr. Pragya Agarwal is a behavioural and data scientist, and the CEO of 50 Percent Project, a research think-tank for gender and racial inequalities, She is the author of 'SWAY: Unravelling Unconscious Bias; recently published by Bloomsbury and has written for numerous other publications such as Guardian, Independent, Forbes, Huffington Post and Prospect. As a leading academic in the US and UK Universities for over ten years, she has authored numerous research papers and delivered keynote talks around the world.

Pragya is a winner of Diverse Wisdom writing award from Hay House, was named as one of the 100 influential women in social enterprise in the UK, and one of 50 people creating change in the UK-India corridor on the High and Mighty list. A two-time TEDx speaker herself, Pragya organized the first-ever TEDxWoman event in the north of the country. She has appeared on several international podcasts, radio and television channels, such as BBC Woman's Hour, BBC Breakfast, Australian Broadcasting Service, and Canadian Radio, and has a podcast called 'Outside the Boxes'.
